Mr Reyes was great, work done was great. Parts delivery is an issue, if you order a part, a small electrical box that is stocked locally in denver I would think you would be able to get it the next day. Especially with an impending snowstorm instead of getting the part 2 days later. I don’t think this is an O’Meara GMC fault but an GMC/GM parts warehouse delivery issue GM can do better

The Buick dealership was great. I just wish the Ford dealership would have done a better job on inspecting the used car I bought, so I wouldn't have had to get an oil change in just 2 1/2 months after buying it.

I have GM extended warranty and needed suspension repair and you held my truck hostage for 3 days until GM paid the bill knowing I had the coverage and had pre approval

As soon as we talked in Kurt Valentin helped us with the vehicle we were looking for. When it came time to finance the vehicle Keith Yeanoplos had things handled in a very efficiently. Jason Crouse also helped get the vehicle ready so by the time we signed all the paperwork we could drive away, less than 3 hours, door in to door out.

It took us a long time to get in. They said the brakes were back ordered and they never called us back after weeks. Once we got ahold of the right person, she got us in and taken care of same day. She was really nice, apologetic, and helpful. Truck runs great now!

I needed an oil change and tires rotated. Also two parts broke on my seat. I also needed my driver seat repaired, a large piece of plastic head broke off. In addition, a piece of plastic that holds the hatch door open approximately 45° had broken on one side. So they stepped upon to do all this, and the parts were not available, they ordered them. the sales people and manager are great to work with, but there, but there service dept. really sucks. they changed some tires for me and it took them several days to do it, and they laid one of the tires on the left rear wheel well and scratched the heck out of the left side of my car.
